🚫 No Refund Policy
We operate on a Strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is processed and payment is confirmed, we do not provide cash or bank transfer refunds under any circumstances.
🔄 Replacement Only
We believe in the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement for the same. We do not offer returns for personal preference or wrong selections made by the customer.
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a replacement for damage or shortage, a clear, uncut unboxing video of the shipment is mandatory. This video must be sent to us within 12 hours of delivery. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.
📦 Return Shipping
If a manufacturing defect is verified, the cost of return shipping for the defective item and the delivery of the replacement will be covered by Surya Stationery. Otherwise, any return requests initiated by the buyer are not accepted.
